The platform supports tutors with student discovery, scheduling systems, attendance management, wallet-based payouts, and operational assistance while allowing tutors to work independently and flexibly.

Role OverviewWe are looking for passionate, responsible, and student-focused Tutor Partners to deliver personalized academic support to students across different boards, classes, and subjects. Tutor Partners on Linksmind operate as independent freelance educators and are not employees of the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct one-to-one classes professionally in online or offline mode. Create a positive and engaging learning environment. Schedule and manage classes through the Linksmind dashboard. Mark attendance within the prescribed platform timing window. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and regular communication.

Follow platform policies, student safety standards, and operational guidelines. Support students with doubt solving, assignments, revision, and academic improvement. Continue classes as per the accepted tuition schedule and platform workflow. Eligibility CriteriaStrong subject knowledge in the relevant field. Good communication and teaching skills.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Smartphone/laptop with stable internet connection for online classes. Basic comfort using apps, dashboards, and online teaching tools. Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
