The ideal candidate will have proven experience working directly with leadership teams, managing external agencies, and leveraging tools like the company intranet to deliver key messages.

Job Details

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated Internal Communication role. Proven experience in a blended role that includes both Internal and External communication . Prior experience working alongside a leadership team to develop and implement communication strategies. A strong background in dealing with external agencies . Hands-on experience working with a company intranet . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ##

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align employees with the company's vision and goals.
• Work closely with the leadership team to craft and disseminate key messages and company-wide announcements.
• Manage external agencies and communication partners to support both internal and external campaigns.
• Oversee content and functionality of the company intranet , ensuring it remains a valuable and engaging resource for all employees.
• Create and distribute various communication materials , including newsletters, emails, and presentations.
• Act as a bridge between internal and external communication efforts , ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
