About the Role
**Job Title: Assistant Breeder (R&D)** Jamidara Seeds Corporation is hiring an Assistant Breeder for its Research & Development Department. The candidate will be responsible for parent line maintenance, hybridization, selfing, crossing, germplasm evaluation, field trial management, data collection, seed production support and research documentation.
The role involves planning and execution of breeding trials, recording observations, maintaining breeding records and supporting hybrid development programs. Sc. in Genetics & Plant Breeding or related discipline. Knowledge of hybrid seed production, experimental designs, data analysis and field research is preferred.
