About the Role
The Sales Officer - Credit Card will be responsible for driving credit card sales through various channels and achieving sales targets. This role will require strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers through various sales techniques - Educate customers on credit card benefits and features - Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions - Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Good to have values: - Prior experience in credit card sales - Knowledge of financial products and services - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets ##
