Community Management Associate

About the Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Management Associate based in India. This is a dynamic, hands-on social media role focused on building and nurturing global online communities across fast-moving digital platforms.

You will help shape how a major knowledge-driven brand engages audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels. The role blends creativity, cultural awareness, and real-time responsiveness to connect with diverse global users.

You will contribute to defining tone-of-voice guidelines and evolving community engagement strategies that resonate with younger audiences, especially Gen Z. A key part of your work will involve identifying cultural moments and conversations, then translating them into meaningful and timely community interactions.

You will also help surface impactful stories from volunteer communities and ensure they are shared in engaging, platform-native ways. This is an evolving, experiment-driven environment where curiosity, agility, and data-informed thinking are essential to success.
