Delwin Plywoods is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand market presence, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, furniture hardware, or related industries and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present and promote Delwin Plywoods' products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and promotional activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain long-term business relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in plywood, laminates, construction materials, furniture, or building products preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and manage a dealer/distributor network.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
