Experience: in blue/grey collar industries - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Willingness to travel for client meetings
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals - Generate reports on sales activities and progress Good to have
