About the Role
Role: Team Leader
Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a team of blue and grey collar workers to meet performance targets and deadlines - Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency and quality of work - Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment - Resolve conflicts and address grievances within the team in a fair and timely manner - Prepare and maintain reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics Good to have values: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the blue grey collar industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing or construction setting. ##
