About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our marketing team. This role is field-oriented and involves meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and generating quality leads to grow the company's client base. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing leads, building long-term relationships, and closing deals.
Job Details
Experience: 02 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively. Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Ability to find and nurture potential business leads. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Client Visits: Conduct on-field visits to engage with potential and existing clients, introduce company services, and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively in person and over the phone to understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and establish trust.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
